My server was recently suspended and I am not in the financial capacity anymore to renew my server. Is there any way to recover my files in the server?

You can download the two important files with a ftp-software, for example filezilla (freeware). After download copy these two files into the savegame folder for your single-games, then you can test it, that the files are working well.

This is only possible as long as you know the FTP login credentials. Since the server is in standby, you can't access the webinterface anymore and therefore also not view the login credentials. The support is the only way to go, sorry.
