they shut my servers down! I didn't ask for refund NOW WHAT??

I have my grandson here, for the night, 3-4 days I finally have it working and he is here for a sleep over to all night Ark.

We figured out commands we were building a house and they shut them down and sent me 'refund as requested"

I didn't ask for refund I asked how do refunds work?? I need my servers put back!!! how I had them, my settings!!!

and it is going to take days to refund my money to my account???? I don't have money to pay again!!

They fixed it.
