I just bought a 10 man dayz server for me and my pals didn't edit anything just the name started server all seems OK until you load dayz up and try to connect where you get the error occurred no connection I've stopped the server I've restarted it I've even reinstalled the server still the se issue this leads me to believe this is an issues on nitrados side please help.

Hi All, new to this so be gentle............
I have reinstalled my Dayz server, and it is now stuck in permanent loop of resetting!!!! Just really want to start from scratch again, anyideas??? Cheers Guys

You are not alone. I was playing for about 20 minutes and got same error. Subsequent attempts to log back in have been the same error. I did reboot, didn't work- same error. Stop then start server, same deal. I suspect it is something on the Nitrado side.

I'm having problems connecting to my servers, it as keeps saying "connection failed unknown error" I contacted support but they just passed the buck to another department. In the meantime I purchased another server, it has the same error.

My error is slightly different- "connection with host has been lost". I've made no changes to the server in the last week and it has been fine. Just started today. Logs reveal no clues.

My server has been fine for weeks since the update to 1.11 - just today after about five minutes on the server I get disconnected with "connection with host has been lost"

So I bought a server about an hour or so ago and I've been waiting for all the "background services" notifications to go and all good, I've reinstalled reset xml's yet when I try to join the server on my xbox it says connecting failed, I've submitted a ticket but I haven't seen anyone have the same problem.

Hi Nitrado,
Rented the server today, but getting the error "CONNNECTING FAILED An unknown error has occurred.
Please can you advise any fixes? Multiple restarts on the server have been completed and a fresh install yet cannot join the listed server from the lobby. No whitelisting enabled to rule that out, no password, still no joy in connecting.

Two of my three servers are still not connecting it as keeps saying "connection failed unknown error" One is brand new and I have not been able to get on it since I bought it.

After my server restarts, either scheduled or manual restarts, the server will get "NO MESSAGE RECEIVED" (with a counter up to 10 secs) errors and then restart again. Sometimes this is within a minute of the restart, sometimes can be 10-15 minutes later. It sometimes only happens once, but usually will go on for up to 45 minutes or so before it stops. Is anyone else experiencing this and is it something I can fix on my end?
EDIT: This time it has now been going on for about 90 minutes.
