Server's constantly spitting out disconnected errors while trying to connect to it ingame (and it doesn't show up on the steam server list, which i assume is because of the recent changes).

same here; i can see the server or connecting over IP. but at the moment when i have to put the password in, it says "connecting" after a couple seconds i get the message "disconect"
also i didnt see any changes in the Serverfiles today, except the Manual.PDF

I already restarted 5 times and reinstalled the full server ...still not working

I'm having the same issue. Whenever i try to join it gives me a disconnect message. I don't even get to the point in which i have to enter my password.

Make a Backup of you Map reinstall your server but the map back in the Worlds folder and set up the start file and your good to go...
basically its the same like setting up a dedicated server...you can find much tutorials on you tube.... if you have experience with minecraft servers it will be easy ... its basically the same
you just have to use the Webinterface of your server and go to the file browser...
if your world is to big you have to use programs like Filezila to upload your worlds direktly to the server. YT can help you there also

go to file browser go to "savedata"-> "worlds" and ther you have 4 files you have to save ....Yt can help you there also

Webinterface - FileBrowser - valheim - savedata - worlds. i prefer to download and save all files in that folder before reinstalling.
