We cant go into the server it wont appear in the server listing on ark also when i directly add it to my steam favorites it says server is not responding and non of my friends can get into it also

looks like the server is needing an update since Steam updated the game, not much more information put out about it. Nitrado on the FAQ says the server is normally updated 2hrs after Steam does..Other servers have been updated already it would be nice to see some movement on our servers..

Great question, I have seen them auto update with minor patches so I assume someone is asleep at the wheel today, I placed a ticket to get someone off there behinds and start the updates because we pay them to keep this going....all the other servers are updated and going already. This server is recommended from the game itself so I would like to believe we would have been at the start of the line on the updates..

I have the same problem. No idea if it's going to help me but I turned off my server for now.

This is my first server and so far I am not happy with the interface or communication of this group, if this is normal I will most likely take my business elsewhere..All other servers are up and running with the current version and we are stuck with no updates or communication of them working on it...

Relax everyone. it takes Nitrado longer to deploy updates than Steam. it was 323.17 on my end up til about 10 seconds ago. Nitrado's interface is telling me it's updating. you just have to be patient. this information is available on their wiki. it says it takes 2-3 hours longer.

I read that also but it has easily been over 3hrs and I have seen other servers updated and running much sooner, just wonder why Nitrado is recommended by the game itself but is last in line on the updates..

Lmfao. If you are that impatient then you should go to the other servers you are talking about. Crying doesn't solve anything. Either be patient and wait or go else where.

I don't think it's been 3 hours. I was idling and steam says it updated ark at 11:48 PM EST. The update just went live about 2-5 minutes ago which would be 1 AM EST. That's not 3 hours. there's a lot that goes into this service, they don't just push a button and it works magically.

This is my first server and there is a learning curve for me. Sucks that this happen right after work, no play for me tonight..
