Log into the game, do saveworld
Log off. Make server change.
If it fails, you can do backup recovery.
Unless someone else in the community knows for sure.

Does the saveworld work on xbox servers?
it should. Did on mine when I had one.
May want to check to see what the latest backup file is as well 'in case'. Feel free to contact Nitrado Support for a more accurate answer.
Just a headsup, Primitive+ is a pain to play, lots of bugs, small and major, and has been like this for years now.
