Trying to not get upset but this is crazy

for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

  • Rented a server for my son almost 2 weeks ago now. He hasn't been able to log on once , server address unknown issue. Called and submitted a ticket and its been one thing after another. First it was reinstall the server which i did no dice, next bad IP on the server issue you a new one cool thanks didn't work (customer service rep was super nice however). The last thing i heard this past Tuesday was something about pixark, Microsoft and nitrado are having communication issues, just turning into a headache. Worst part if i wanted my money back i would have to contact microsoft and have them issue one instead of Nitrado.

  • So i gave up after more excuses of what they can not do to help me and requested a refund. Funny fact they can take your money but cant refund it, I was told i needed to go through Microsoft to receive that but because i waited for Nitrado to try and fix the server it lapsed Microsoft's return policy.

  • The Microsoft policies are a nightmare. As soon as anything goes through the Microsoft store the actual vendor can't do anything at all anymore. Have experienced that serveral times through different vendors in the MS store.


    The one refund request I had made for a service that wasn't running through MS greedy hands was refunded promptly and without issues, Sad to see MS being such greedy folks.
