I have purchased a server through the nitrado app but it’s not showing on my nitrado. Please help, I purchased since this morning and I sent in a ticket.

If that does not work, you will need to wait for someone to pick up your ticket. The forum moderators do not have access to your servers.
Okay, who do I talk to to issue a refund? I’m quite not happy about this situation at all especially when I want to use this server for not only Father’s Day but also mess around with buddies of mine.
The link provided did not help at all. And since this morning I still have yet not see the server I purchased through the nitrado app on Xbox.

Nitrado Support through creating a ticket and/calling them on skype they are the only ones that can assist you. Sorry.
