Mod on server

Just wanna chime in and ask if others have gotten mods to work with Nitrado Valheim servers? It's just ValheimPlus specifically. Already sent a ticket, just wanted to check with the community if anyone else has gotten it to work.

Will update this with a response from the ticket, hopefully soon.

ValheimPlus just got unix support so hopefully Nitrado can get it together and add some support for it Release [STABLE] 0.8 · nxPublic/ValheimPlus · GitHub

please let us know what you find out especially now that there Unix support cause just trying to transfer everything over doesnt work atm

Nitrado does an integrity check every time the server starts, so it replaces the mod files. I've already requested for support on this (and possibly other mods) and hope they give use the functionality soon. Other dedicated servers are already coordinating with the mod creator and others on getting it working on theirs, hopefully they'll respond with good news soon.

The mod creator is working with a different hoster, they havn't mentioned anything about other hosts and i'd hate to have to switch to another service especially "XYZ.

Well, they responded. Basically have to wait till have support for it. Whoever wants it should contact support so they know there's demand for it. Hoping I don't have to switch to another service for this.

hello, i've been trying really hard to install a few mods onto the server i've been renting for valheim, but as it seems every time i reboot the server to put them into effect the modified files and the mod never enables.. anyone else have this issue?

Hi Everyone. As it seems your servers dont use the .sh files to work that seems to be a problem while trying to get bepin or stuff to work to use mods on the servers. It would be Highly appreciated if you could add mod support asap as they are a really good improvement for fun and longlivety of the server world for valheim:) thx a lot for hopefully quick help.

Nitrado is aware of the mods and are checking on how to implement. Unfortunately there is no ETA.

Nitrado server Modding with Bepinex-

In order to run Bepinex you need to at least be able to edit the run scripts in order to bootstrap bepin and you cannot run currently

Nitrado-

* Doesn't allow you to run start_server_bepinex.sh and is locked down to start_server.sh
* Actually rewrites start_server.sh on every launch to prevent you from editing it.

no work around for this and as of this moment I have all ready bought another server else where and jumped ship anyone want my server i dont need it.
