for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots.     Hello All,


    I have created a Valheim server, renamed my existing single player map to Dedicated (both files) and uploaded to the worlds folder through file explorer. I added one to the port number in the IP address on steam favorites - to which it shows server is running, but not showing game as Valheim. Further, when I connect directly through IP search in the game (the IP and port as it shows on nitrado's site) - it starts loading in and then says "disconnected" in an error box on the main game screen.


    I feel like there is a problem with the server not actually starting the game. Suggestions?

    I'm seeing exactly the same thing, even since tonight's fixes. I've tried a reinstall and have tried to just connect using the default settings with no luck. Is there an anticipated fix for this or is there something more I can try?

    Hello! I have a problem with my valheim crashing after 15min ingame. (Getting connection loss mark left side off screen)
    I have checked so that the server location is at the place with the best ping. If anyone know how i can fix this please let me know! :D
