As the title says. I was playing last night and crafted new armor and building. Next day i had to update the game and when i loged back in that progress never happend and i lost all the items and builds

Same here. One week of progress gone. My char is still there. Gear I had on me is still there. Bases, boats and everything else is gone. World is restored

This is an early access game and sadly things like this do happen.
If you have a backup, try recovering that and see if that helps.

Please take a look into the /valheim/savedata/worlds folder on your server.
My server got stuck during the update and didn't want to start back up again.
i noticed a third file called "dedicated.db.backup" in the worlds folder on the server. it was about twice the size of the file without the "backup" at the end. I guess nitrado made a backup before updating the server.
If you can find a third file, stopp the server, download the whole folder to create an offsite backup and only then remove the file without the "backup" at the end. Then rename the backup file (just remove the .backup" from the end) and start your server again. For me it worked and i can play again.
I even tested the smaller save file in singleplayer and it instantly crashes the game during loading. i guess the update process somehow corrupted the file.

Ok thx. I see nitrado saves once per day in best case. How can I manually save world?

well I found that, but where do I find that save? Cant fint it in backend

your savegame is located here C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds
or on your server
Valheim->Savedata->Worlds

I tried that but it says im not an admin. I tried to add m UID to the nitrado server as an admin but i didn't work

Please check the config files. You can make yourself admin by entering your steam64 ID.
