I am having issues too. I bought a server from the wrong location (NY) today and need it switched to LA but I see no way of doing that and I can't even see my current server location that it currently is in. Maybe they're having software issues today with the website.
If you are having issue multiple posts suggest possible fixes.
(1) If this is a new server, try a reinstall (if you feel comfortable doing this).
(2) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate or any financial related questions. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.

There is many things that can make those problems, it's not like you just buy a server and expect everything to work all the time. There is no perfect system that people can make! You will need to learn and work a little on it, if not - contact Nitrado Support, they will help you. And if I could say anything about programming - you will have some problems to solve from time to time man, better get used to it.
