If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:

(1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.

(2) Check out the server logs.

(3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall or a backup recovery. (if you feel comfortable doing this).

(4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.

My server stuck like 12 hours already ....what to do

Good luck getting any help with your issue. Costumer support has not responded to my issues and requests in almost a week now.

been restarting for 4 hours now nothing is happening

I've read that crossplay screws with online servers. Try disabeling that and restart from there.

I did some digging through the server log files and found that the restart loop when enabling console compatibility is caused by the server trying to create more than 3 planets. hope this info helps

My server has started to restart loop, I've reset all settings, haven't touched any files or anything. There is a save on there with about 20 hours of progress for me and my friends and I really don't want to lose that. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

My Space Engineers Server has been stuck in a restart loop for 4 hours and can't seem to fix it myself. This is my second nitrado server and have had a similar problem with the Atlas server i rented about 20 days ago right on startup. Please help so we can play!

you need to disable crossplay.

i am also stuck in a restart loop
