Can someone please clarify, so I can manage my expectations, as to how long it currently takes to install a Valheim game server on Nitrado ?
Its been 40 mins so far....

I'm in the same boat. Coming up to 12 hours now and nothing. From all the forum posts and lack of communication it looks like Nitrado are having very major issues internally.
Even if the server gets installed I'm not confident it will run reliably...Personally I'm thinking of asking for a refund even before my server installs and jump ship to another company.

How long did it end up taking? I unfortunately just paid and have been waiting about half hour and already want to just refund it, all the signage on their website claims you can play immediately so hearing someone else post 12 hours waiting not a chance in the world, I'd just pay someone else to host and get my credit card to fight it for me if they deny me a refund when they advertise as play immediately.

Disappointing. I purchased hours ago. I know it's a *very* new game, but a little communication would go a long way.

Installed! It took 7-8 hours, but here's hoping it's all set up.

It took me around 13 hours before mine was installed. We tried to play on it last night with 5 people and it become completely unplayable very quickly. I've put in a support ticket to see what they say, what a nightmare.

22 hours and counting.
Reading that it may be the London location that is having lag trouble and such, and somebody had a corrupted save out of that location.
Nope, no feedback from N that i can find. Usually they're pretty good, a new server up and running in under 30m. But this... I'd rather have a refund and go with a different host, my confidence that they can keep a server running smoothly and uncorrupted is falling.

As an FYI my buddy started a server and we've been playing on that for the last few days. Zero lag, shows on list, instant connect, no rubber banding, no constant restarts, no world resetting, anything - runs smoothly and perfectly. I'm in Arizona and he's in Latvia.

Strange, I was able to play on my server within 30 minutes of playing. It could have been sooner, but I was doing something else before I tried.

32 hours now waiting for install, icon is still yellow meaning installing and dashboard link just says 'oops, contact support'.
No, they aren't responding to tickets apparently either.

Try what again? lol
Done a ticket. No response. Reloaded nitrado page, no changes. Not much else I can do, it still hasn't been installed. lol

Just a heads up, 41 hours and no response. Going for a refund.
Went with B******* and server up, running, lag free. 15 minutes.
I like Nitrado better, but they're really dropping the ball on Valheim somehow.
