Server not responding

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

  • Can confirm I have the same problem. Restarted server due to exessive lag today, and after restart, server can no longer be reached. It is still visible trough steam server list, but on attempt to connect, the ingame password promt never arrives and the player is greeted with a black screen. The inital splash loading screen is "bypassed?" and the player can use escape to logout, quit or access settings. The escape menu loads, but nothing else.

  • Having the same issues. Server is either in a state of "Not responding" or WAAAY to laggy to even play.
    Managed to connect twice with a friend but the rubber banding was crazy as players slide across the map.
    How does one get a refund? No assistance from Customer Support yet either.

  • I got some responses from costomer support. My server is still
    completely dying when more then a single person is connected.
    They are trying to figure out things with the games Dev team
    to try and fix the issue. I was quoted 2-3 days till their fix
    attempt is put into play.

    I am trying to migrate my server from the LA servers to New York
    to see if that will fix some of the issues we are experiencing.
    I'll keep you all informed on the progress and it goes. :)

  • Update.

    I had my server migrated to the New York servers
    from the LA servers. When i was on the LA servers
    people could log into the server and walk around
    even though incredibly laggy they could at least log in.

    Now my server seems to be stuck sitting at
    <Not Responding> on the steam server list.
    As the good doctor would have said:
    "It's dead Jim."

    Not sure what to do at this point. I might try to get
    my money back and find another hosting company.
    So far i have spent ALOT of hours trying to get this
    at least running enough to get 2 people online but
    holy molly this has been by far the worst server
    hosting service i have had out of my gaming
    career. Kudos to the customer support team
    trying to deal with this issue, but damn - Why
    offer a service you are clearly unable to provide?

    Early access or not. If you cannot provide the service
    you are offering - then don't offer the service. Wait
    until you actually have something working.

  • This is honestly getting to be rather funny.
    I was suggested to move my LA server to a NY
    server. So i did so. Now my server is 100% dead
    and i get this reply from customer support:

    "Sadly, we're still having issues with NY servers, at the moment the

    development team is working as fast as possible to bring the servers back, we

    appreciate your patience in this matter."

    LOL so why did they not tell me that the NY servers
    were 100% dead before getting me to migrate
    my server there?

  • Honestly there are servers from other companies that are working
    perfectly fine and these issues are on Nitrado's end. I am trying to
    get a refund so my crew and i can goto another hosting company.

    What renting service are you going to? I'm done with Nitrado such unacceptable service
