My problem is quite simple, I installed mods from the workshop on my Ark server, and they seem to be found because the panel listed them, however in game, the mods are not activated, do you have any ideas about this ?

No clue. It is simple as adding the modID, save, then restart. Mod is activated.
If you have ingame issues, make sure you are not running a mod that requires certain ini settings.

Nope, those do not. I use them and they work fine. Try reinstalling them. Do a force update on the mod, save, then restart. see if that makes a difference.

Click on 1 then 2. Then restart.

Ok, your screenshots mean it is not installed yet until server reboot. If they were installed the force update would appear.
Maybe try doing 1 at a time.
