Yes, leave it at official if you want this event. Once its released and released to the hosting companies, servers will be updated.

- Valentine's Event is now live! Launch with -activeevent=vday
- Can no longer carry/base Corrupted Dinos
- Notes have had their character limit restored to the previous value (no longer cuts off after one line)

I understand that we have to wait for Nitrado to update the servers and be patient.

My question is how do we know when the update is ready? My server has a lot of baby dinos currently being raised and we stocked them with enough food to last while we were at work. Now we need to feed them before they starve, so I just shut down the server. Am I susposed to just try and start the server every 20 minutes and see if Nitrado has updated it? Will there be a post or any sort of communication when the update is getting rolled out?

(To clarify, Steam automatically updated our clients so we have no way to feed our dinos at the moment because we cannot connect to the server until it gets updated.)

Hi, I currently changed my server from epic and steam users to only steam users, due to a friend buying it on steam. However since doing this, the server will not come up in the servers list and everytime I try to manually connect I get the same error saying "unable to query server info". I have changed all the settings back to how they were, and tried everything I can think of to fix this problem but I cannot seem to find a fix!

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

A post already exists and has been addressed.

If it is a major update, the server will just restart. In the one today this will happen.

Getting the same issue, tried restarting my server but it did not fix it

You need to wait for patch when will roll on servers, today is game patch

I'm pretty sure it's due to the Love Evolved 2 Event.
What's happening is that your game have been updated but the server isn't yet. You need to wait until the updated is downlading and installing on your server.

Saddly I have no idea when the servers will be updated, hopefully pretty soon, as it's been arround 2 hours already ^^'

I've just restarted all my servers after an update and while it says the servers have restarted and are ready to play, they are not showing up on my list, so I have no access to them.

I can be okay with the absolute slowness of the nitrado site...but I would like to be able to play my games...

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

Same situation here. New York Server. Steam can contact the server (under view servers) but can't see in the server list In ARK or direct connect.

We are relatively new to having our own game server with Nitrado but from what I am seeing the Love event updates have not been rolled out to servers yet. I thought that the update itself was released earlier today but it appears that the devs dropped it later than I thought. Hopefully they'll be updated soon. In the meantime it's time for some 7DTD lol...
