Ordered this almost 5 hours ago. My server still isn't working. The web interface intermittently errors out and server is stuck not responding. Support ticket sent in, they responded that everything is fine and stopped responding after that. Anyone have any ideas to get this working?

I cant join both my servers, keeps giving me "Cant retrieve address" but two players already in. smh

I ordered mine a couple hours ago it installed and now just constantly restarts have not been able to see or even enter the server.

Mine works, I can connect to it, but there is a lot of lag.
I can ping the ip fine, around 32-35.
But everything in game is laggy as hell. Running in the meadows, and suddenly a whole forest pops up around you, that was never drawn.
Fighting, things just teleport around.
Worked fine for hours when a friend hosted a game on his PC.

go to steam... view.. servers... add server... put in the ip include port... port adress count one up ex: not :1234 so 1235 ...show games on this ip.. save and right click and connect...

Game is not even in BETA, this still early access game, so buggy and laggy
Remember that this is small studio, and this is their first game that they release, so you will wait long time before it will get fix

The server has been really laggy for me too. I just got disconnected when it got really bad and logged back in to find none of my progress was saved. I lost about an hour worth of progress ugh

So I have ordered each tier and they all say the same thing, so idk. Guess this is something they do not do instant, or even within 10 hours.

I'm having the same issue. Server won't show up in-game and shows "server not responding" in the Steam server viewer. Would be nice to get what I paid for...

I am having these same problems. I did submit a ticket but the ETA on when that might be handled is unknown. I did have random moments where I could get to the server control panel, restart the server and access it very briefly - during which time it ran fine - but it'd cut out within 10 minutes I think. Kinda disappointing.

Having the same problems as well. I don't know if I have to add a custom configuration file or something - or if I am missing something else.
But I am thinking this should be a "plug'n'play" server like most of the other nitrado gameservers are.
So my server can't be found when I add it by IP/Port via the Steam server browser - already tried all the ports.
And the server can't be found in the ingame server browser. So it's basically not "existing", I guess. -
After updating to the new version of the Valheim server (by restarting it like the webinterface tells you), my server still can't be found or reached.

I'm trying to update my server right now to the newest version.
I've already update my game on Steam.
When I restart the server (as told) it just starts up after 5-10 seconds without doing anything.
Anyone else has the same problem or any idea how to fix it?
(When i try to connect to the server it just shows "incompatible version")

I have the same problem. The update is not initialized. There doesn't seem to be a way to start the update manually from the console. Please fix it quickly so that the Corona Quarantine doesn't get too boring.

A couple of hours ago the client was updated to a new version, but our agents are already working on updating the servers, for now I just ask you for a little patience as this is resolved.Guess we'll give them a little more time
