There was just a quick fix on official for this same issue, I assume that nitrado has to update their servers for this patch for the issue to go away. I only assume this since I can join official servers just not unofficial servers

Yes it does, but all is well, its a family server for me and the kids to enjoy and some friends.
Just bought my first server last night for family/friend. go to play today and can't get on. Glad to know its not just me.

This is effecting everyone. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do until Nitrado fixes the issue.

Man trust me im a network engineer, sometimes this takes time with such a vast network i know its a service you pay for but be patient, they will fix it. Nitrados a large company and very good at what they do.

If this is real, would it mean I can't profit form my rare spare time as I would, due to some missed/delayed server patch by the service vendor?
That would be quite disappointing, at least in terms of service level.
I'll test official too, just to doublecheck!

Lol. Well when I get to play it should be nicer than on official even if its only 1 map for now.

in my experience nitrado is normally behind on implementing patches, but normally it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Unfortunately the issue being patched is a connection issue

Has anyone tried rolling back the servers and logging in? If it doesn't resolve the issue I'd rather save all of that progress that would be loss in the roll back.

I have two servers and I cant join neither. It was working perfectly fine last night. Keeps giving me the same error msg, I already tried restarting both but still nothing. Is this just a me thing or anyone else experiencing trouble getting in their server?
servers are in LA and NYsame here

12+ players on my servers and everything works fine nobody reports problems
maybe it's the location of the servers -

FIX
This worked for me!!
You need to restart your server and then reload a backup, I reloaded one from 9.32pm
this worked after restarting my Xbox and game multiple times and I did this as a last resort.
