I have two servers and I cant join neither. It was working perfectly fine last night. Keeps giving me the same error msg, I already tried restarting both but still nothing. Is this just a me thing or anyone else experiencing trouble getting in their server?

Yes it does, but all is well, its a family server for me and the kids to enjoy and some friends.

I'm having the same issue. Started just about an hour ago. Anyone have any solutions? I've tried logging in to other servers, changing my dns, blah blah blah.

I'm also having the same problem I have a 20 man sever ppl are not happy they cant get on. I wish they would let us know anything.

when they say move you to another server, does that mean they didn't give you the reason it is doing this?

Yes sir, buying another one from them today so i can have access to all maps from the crossark, you guys ever get tired of playing on that one you can always join ours. i pay yearly so unless something like this happens never have to worry about it going down haha.

If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:
(1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.
(2) Check out the server logs.
(3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall or a backup recovery. (if you feel comfortable doing this).
(4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.

When ever i try to connect to my server, it gives me this error, it also does it when i try to connect to any Unofficial PC Session.

I'm having the same issue as well. Everytime I search for my server and login it states address unavailable.

Hi,
I can't help but just share the same situation: here, from Italy trying to connect to a german unofficial PC session always same error.
Already tried to reboot server and clients, changed DNS and tested 2 internet connections.
