server crash extintion called all ready 2 times

my extintion server is crashed like all ready for 14 ours.

i all ready called 2 times to support and they say we changing the ip but it still the same and its stays in a loop.

they say if its stay you have to make a ticket also did that no reaction.

so can pls someone repair my extintion because i can do nothing .

- force start dont work

- force stop i can do

- rollback dont work its stay in a loop to restart

nothing in logs files no errors so can you guys fix it pls en restart my extintion server rest of maps working well

reinstalling means everyone will lose everything but on phone they sad we change the ip so move the crashed server to other ip but it is still the same ip adress so there was no move
