Sky Factory 4 (cant join Server)

I tried your recommendations about joining a minecraft server but nothing worked. In Nitrado the Server is online and it say there are 2 people online but there arent i also tried to improve the server ram also this dosent change anything. I would be very happy if anybody can help me.

when i want to join it says:

can't connect to Server

Nitrado Installed it and i already played on it i didnt changed anything and from one second to the other the Server was offline
