Ark Mobile server crash

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

    I need help;(;(

    Ich brauch Hilfe ;(;(


    I bougth a server with 6 slots in Ark Mobile and I selected Publicserver Basic.

    Ich habe mir einen Server gekauft mit 6 Slots für Ark Mobilr und habe damals Public Server ausgewählt


    So my problem is every time I log me on I can play 2 minutes and then the server kick me out .

    So mein Problem ist jedes Mal wenn ich mich eilogge kann ich 2 minuten spielen und dann kickt der Server mich raus


    Or evry time that I active Admin modus the server kick me out 1 Minute later and nothing is saved and then I can't log me on again.

    Oder jedes mal wenn ich den Admin Modus Aktiviere kickt der Server mich 1 Minute später raus und speicher nix und dann kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen.


    When I try to log me on again it's load without end unitl a error message appears TIMED OUT .... and nothing is helping .... new Start of the Server is helpless.

    Wenn ich versuche mich einzulogen lädt es ohne Ende bis eine Fehlermeldung kommt ZEITÜBERSCHREITUNG... und nich Hilft... Neu Start vom Server Hilft auch nicht.

    If you are still having issues, some basic things to do:

    (1) Restart the server. If is hangs, about 5-10m a button appears to forcestop, then restart.

    (2) Check out the server logs.

    (3) If this is a new server, try a reinstall.

    (4) If all the above fails, please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.
