    Player on server tried to donate money and it went to their account instead of being donated to me to extend server. is there anyway they can transfer the credit on their nitrado account to my account so that we can extend our servers?

    Sorry, but it's not possible to transfer money directly from one to another account.

    Please have your player contact nitrado. They should be able to cancel the transaction and your player can tray again. Just tell him to make sure to use the donate instead of the charce account feature.
