Switching from Bukkit to PaperMC?

    I just heard about this PaperMC and was told that it is better than Bukkit. On my 1. 16. 5 Nitrado server, I use Bukkit with a relatively large number of plugins that I hate having to reconfigure all of them. Therefore: Can I switch from Bukkit to PaperMC without having to reconfigure or even reinstall the plugins? Should I switch from Bukkit to PaperMC at all?
