So I'm having an issue joining my server and ive tried everything from restarting my console, to restarting the server. Nothing seems to work and im very disappointed because this was never an issue when I had bought an ark server a few months back. Can anybody help?

"Unable to see Server listed or Connect" ARK- All platforms
If it does not, please contact Nitrado Support either by calling them or creating a ticket. Moderators do not have access to customer servers.

This did not help or give me any info on fixing this issue I feel like I'm wasting money at this point.

He said if that the information on that link doesn't work that you would have to submit a support ticket. That is how we are able to help you as moderators on the forums. We cannot access your account or servers in any way. If the information on the link didnt help you please submit a support ticket explaining what is going on with your server. It could be something as it's on a bad cluster and they just move your server.

Hello. Please make sure to send out a support ticket explaining the issue. Since it's a persisting problem that would be the best route to go.

Please check your servers again. I have been advised its been resolved.
If you still have the issue after looking and a new reboot, please create a ticket to Nitrado Support if you have no already.
For those where it is fixed and you have a ticket in the queue, it would be really helpful that you go into your ticket and close it. This is make it easier for Support to sort through all the tickets.
