New server keeps stopping

So I've rented a game server for the game Subsistence - only altered the game setting like password and hunter settings.

The server starts but does not show in the games server list nor can I connect to it directly.

From the webinterface the server tries to restart every 5 minutes then completely shuts down after about 10.

looking at the Resart.log there is this message every 5 minutes:

Fri 22 Jan 2021 03:06:19 PM UTC subsistence Restarted ni*******_1 more than 10 times in a row. There seems to be something very wrong. Stopping it...

Ive tried reinstalling but this has not changed anything.

Ive submitted a ticket but wondered if anyone on here could shed any light..

Reading through some posts.. one fella been waiting 10 days - that's a 1/3 of my subscription.

Soooo glad I just picked a just a month just to see what their servers where like.

Not having a go at you, you volunteer moderators are what hold up companies like this and you do a sterling job.

going to try and swap games over to see if that works - holds breath

location is London.

Just installed the forest and it worked a treat - So swapped back to Subsistence and its not working..lol

OMG that worked! except I changed the location to Germany not LA - you sir are a legend and deserve a man hug.

Now if I could just figure out how to login as admin ingame

Going to keep the game on the German server, runs really well - really weird how it would not work on the London one - German efficiency I guess
