New server user

Hi, so I’ve just rented my very first server for Ark on the Xbox one. I’ve been trying to locate it in the server list but am unable to find. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong on my end or if there’s something wrong on Arks end.

Thank you for a response. This is on Xbox and was on the unofficial server tab. There was no password protection, and the maps matched. The server name was changed and restarted but I’m still not finding it.

I just reread your message sorry. Yes I did check again after restarting the server.

So there’s apparently a bug with Ark on Xbox with not being able to change the session filter and it hasn’t been fixed since November 2020 when it first started happening. Also I’ve been having a friend of mine try and search for my server in the unofficial pc session and he hasn’t be able to find it. So I’m not sure what’s going on there?
