Since the update added flyer movement speed upgrades back, where do I enable that on my nitrado server?

No setting exists for that. You would add the code needed in the ini file as you had before. Did you create a configuration profile that has these settings? If so, you can enable that, save and restart server.

I don't know if I have a configuration profile made, but I have expert settings enabled so I can change the .ini files. What do I put to make it so I can upgrade movement speed?
