Modded DayZ server lag

Im having extensive lag making the game "unplayable" with roughly 15 lighter mods with the exeption of dayz expansion, ive upgraded my server to the proffesional one simply for single player use and it is still having such problems, is it anything to do with any files i must chnage to optimize the game or is it server side or client side
