I was wondering if i get a windows 10/xbox server who can play on it also if i get a PC server can i play on it with my windows 10 ark, or am i just limited to windows 10/xbox?

pc servers can only be played with steam players. If you get a windows 10/Xbox server it is only for windows 10 and xbox.
