DayZ servers usually don’t do mining.

Ive never seen any way to remove all the old loot from a server. I don't even understand a reason to do so!

Maybe if we understood your intentions we could better help.

Changing the lifetime setting of everything in your types.xml could force loot to de spawn but no new loot would spawn in.

If you are simply trying to get new loot to spawn and your server is populated, it will simply happen over time as your members pickup and move loot.
