Hello,
If you visit WordPress site the files you download come with install instructions. Nitrado provides the space and hardware.
In reference to your link info, if you log into your WebUI of your domain, it provides that info.

Step 1: Download and install XAMPP on your computer.
Step 2: Start the modules and test your server.
Step 3: Add the WordPress files.
Step 4: Create a database for WordPress.
Step 5: Install WordPress locally via the on-screen installer.
