I have been running my clusters across different hosts and local for some years. I am trying to upload a backup but struggling with not finding the FTP creds for the Windows 10 / XBox server I purchased. Don't they support FTP? How can I upload external save games?

Consoles do not support FTP. And because of that, you are not able to upload a save.

LOL, trying to make sense of Nitrados web site ... I don't have a phd in marketing confusion...

The FTP restriction is by Sony/MS so no matter where you go its the same issue. That is what the other person was trying to suggest I think.
