I bought my server yesterday and put in my settings for it and when i tried starting it it just says restarting i have put in a ticket yesterday and still no response and i have force stopped it multiple time what should i do

Sorry that you are having issues.
Could try a reboot if you haven't already.
You may want to do a reinstall, restart and see if it comes up. THEN make your ini changes.
You will need to wait for Support to respond to your ticket. Tickets are worked in the order they are received. Typically is up to 24hrs. depending on the current ticket queue which moderators here have no access to see. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.
