I’ve had no response for over 24 hours now and my servers been down for the whole time, I would appreciate a response update or whatever you can, two people have recently boosted my server, I don’t want to lose it and it’s not great cause a lot of people who are active on it ain’t able to play. If you’ve read my previous emails you’d know that I’m looking into legal advice into this as it’s misinterpretation of your service alongside failing to provide the service stated when purchasing. I just want the server to be up and running, if there’s a reason it won’t start up just tell me it’d be better to know than totally ignoring my emails, otherwise I get the message your pretty much scamming me and fellow active members of the server who have also put there own money into this. I don’t understand it.

Could try a reboot if you haven't already.
You will need to wait for Support to respond to your ticket. Tickets are worked in the order they are received. Typically is up to 24hrs. depending on the current ticket queue which moderators here have no access to see. Moderators have no access to servers or accounts. We are volunteers and able to share experiences just like the rest as this is a Community Support Forum for Gamers and Admins just like you and I.

Thank you for your reply, understand it’s nothing in your hands, just wished they communicated more and gave details into the issue. They responded over 24 hours ago just to tell me they’ve referred it to the right department.
I had this issue. Force stop the server and set the settings back to default. (Don’t reset the server) turns out one of my setting was causing an issue (I believe it was related to me taking out the per player block limit but admittedly I don’t recall) add a few setting back test and retry until either it goes away or you trigger it and you will know which setting is causing it.
