Forge 1.16.4-35.1.4 Direwolf 1.16 Install problems

    Been trying to install the latest Forge 35.1.4 to make a server for the new direwolf pack release. I believe I got the right versions and I followed the instructions from the nitrado guide on wiki but I am unsure what I am doing incorrectly. at first I though maybe I just renamed the files wrong. every thing transfers fine in FileZilla and it seems all good until I try to start the server then it just stops and restarts repeatedly. It better than getting the missing data I was getting earlier but still not the goal. any chance anyone can explain it or take a look at the file or any kind of help or idea. I know its possible to upgrade the forge but Im starting to wonder is the newest wont work on nitrado. Any help would be most appreciated
