we took a 4 slot nitrado server,
we do not manage to enter the server, when launching the game we do not have the possibility to add a server as the wiki-nitrado advises us.
what to do?

You can call or create a ticket with Nitrado Support and ask them in case. But I am 99% sure that is the case. I am not familiar with your game.

Sounds like that worked for you.
What typically happens when you set it lower than 10 you would get an email saying you must increase port#. If this didnt happen, you still may want to reach out to Nitrado Support.
We are just moderators of the forums. We have no access to servers or accounts. Our experience is mostly on the game themselves and experiences.
