I'm not able to connect with ARKon to my RCON console.
RCON is ON
Password is correct.
But when I click on "connect" I have the message "Connecting" and not more.
Can the community help me ?

Make sure you are using the correct RCON port.
I use ARKon and it works fine.
I tried for two weeks to get ARKon to work.. it would never allow me to connect. Yes I used the right ports and passwords for the IPs.

The ticket is still open, but yesterday with ARKon i was able to connect on one of four server.

For those also reading this post: If you have other products, mods or 'connections' that use rcon access (port#) it will conflict with ARKon as well. So its best effort by that product.

Nothing in my mods uses RCON and I still cannot connect to any of my servers with ARKon.

Nitrado doesn't have an answer to this, according to a reply in my ticket. They don't know how to fix this and only offered to move my servers to "new hardware"... after already having moved me a week ago.
ARKon the app is not supported by Nitrado. Nitrado only has the port open, and RCON established. That is all really that can be provided.
It is known that when attempting to using ARKon or apps like that use RCON it can disable how the app should work. Usually I go into the webUI, change the RCON pass, save, reboot server, then put old pass back if you want, save, reboot again. Personally I have used ARKon for nearly 4yrs. What you are experiencing is normal for that app and how it works. And atm, I have it working on at least 8 servers with no issues. Just providing more info.
