My wife has rented servers with Nitrado for years and until recently with few issues but recently the server glitched and lost payment auto renew!
Now every time we try to set auto renew after buying credit because it wont allow saved credit card payments for auto renew without buying credits first it doesn't save!
All she wants is to set credit
card server auto renew but no matter how many hoops the site gets us jump through we cannot get it to do so!!
Honestly the Nitrado website is without doubt one the most unintuitive and convoluted website designs ive ever had to deal with constantly jumping through hoops just to get something simple done! 😡
