Rupu camp won't respwan after harvested the high Quality Rupu Vine

When harvest the High Quality Rupu Vine, the Rupu Camp won't respawn anymore.

This problem doesn't happen to others Rupu Camps with 0 Quality Rupu Vine.

We had changed 10 maps and found 3 Rupu Camps with High Quality Rupu Vine, and same problem happened.

This problem doesn't happen to official servers. So please make a check.

I have a large rupu camp with 100 that i never see respawn it's something to do with server config

i just restarted server 3 times and the right camp spawned so not sure why or if that's the only way
