If you stay on the browser, do a force shutdown. Then do a restart see if that helps.
If that fails, then try a reinstall.

Have you had any luck with the installation finishing? If it still is installing you're going to have to submit a support ticket to have tech look into it. We are only moderators on the forums and we do not have access to your server in any way.

got the same problem. Purchased a XBox Ark server two hours ago. still showing as installing and 29 days left. Submitted a support ticket and will expect lost dyas recredited. Initial experience of this is not promising

That is something you need to take up with Nitrado Support.
In the meantime while you wait, try doing a reinstall of the server. Several others have done the same and it worked.
