My PS4 Ark Survival Evolved server is not at all visible even though I have it visible on the global server list and it is up and running. Please Help

No this is a server that I myself rented last night and is still not showing up after doing multiple google searches and YouTube recommendations

i am having the same issue my server name wont change either???
ive left the server offline for 5 mins and everything but it just wont change i really dont know what i did wrong.

At this point you have done everything a mod would suggest.
