My server is not starting back up, every time I hit the start button it says "The server will now restart..." and then it goes back to the stopped server status. This hasn't happened before and didn't start until the server needed an update. I have no idea what to do. Help please.

Same exact issue here, on PS4.
Can't contact support, either, because my tickets keep failing to submit, the support chat isn't available, and we're outside of their available Skype hours.
Was doing a trial-run before launching our cluster, not feeling too good about Nitrado at the moment honestly...

Yea me either. I was just getting ready to add more server time to my server but if this is how it's going to be I might just find a better service for Ark.

my Xbox server keeps getting stuck in a restart loop as well. i have to force stop it twice and then force start it...problem is that afterwards when either i log in or others login to the server it kicks us all out for loss of connection and then says address not found and wont even let anyone log in. im going to be expecting a full refund or a new server if this is how Nitrado runs its servers. Funny how live chat gets shut down right when everyone is having this issue too

Hey, how long did u had to wait for it to start working again? I´ve bought a brand new server and have the same issue lol.
