Problem on server

    I am having two problems: the first, the atlas expansion server does not respond to the restart or stop command. despite several reinstallation and the use of a default map, the problem is not solved.


    The second, we cannot top up our nitrado account. we have tried all the means of payment (credit card, paypal, pay safe card, mobile phone) nothing works, there is an error message on the site asking for the creation of a ticket, but the ticket does not succeed nothing but a request for a change of credit card, which has already been done 3 times with three different banks. can someone help me please?
