Good morning to you all, this is probably a very silly questions but do Nitrado host Conan Exiles on XBox or is it PC (Steam) etc?

it is currently steam only. For xbox servers you have to purchase them via the Nitrado app on your xbox one. If the game isn't shown there it is not available at the moment.
