Server settings won’t update to what I have applied. Tried resetting and stoping server for 30 min and saving settings then starting.

Here's the response I got from support after hours of trying to figure this out.
"Thanks for your support request and for being aware of your server.We would like to apologize for all the inconvenience that you have
experienced and the waiting time. Currently, it is not possible to set your
server configuration in Space Engineers (Xbox), we apologize for the
inconvenience. Our Development department is already working together with
Space Engineers development team on bringing that feature back soon! Thank you
for your patience and understanding. We understand the inconvenience that this
might cause. We are improving security in the servers. We're going to extend
your service time for this situation.

We would like to apologize for all the inconvenience that you have experienced
and the waiting time. We understand the frustration you might be having,
mostly because this is out of your hands, our Development department is
already working together with Space Engineers development but currently we
don't have an estimated ETA, we understand the situation, if you want a refund
until the issue is completely fixed, you will need to contact Xbox support,
all transactions made through the Nitrado app, are processed by Xbox not by
us, therefore we can't give you a refund directly, but Xbox will.

I think they are full of crap. Im looking at a Nitrado server right now that is in creative

I am still waiting for them to resolve this issue for me as well. I was told that a second lever support agent would need to manually change my setting for me. It has been over 24 hours and nothing has happened yet.
I purchased a 90 day server but what is the point if I can't even modify the server. Everytime we leave the game all of our base deletes and we have to spawn in on a new pod.

I also have that problem, game session setting in cfg are not implied even if it updated in cfg file. It stays at to defaults of 80k per player 320k for the server.
I'm really thinking of ms refund for my 90days, no ftp, no way to do some custom map testing, and buggy dashboard I don't want to use or like.
See if I can talk tomorrow with support, to see if there's something they can do, tell on future update, like ftp as you need that with server mods. If no = refund for me
I will have to see this week-/+, 14day EU law applies for me atleast via ms. -
I submitted at ticket on Saturday, called that afternoon, called again yesterday and still today nothing has been done on my ticket. I'm pretty sure support was open all weekend considering I was able to get someone to answer my phone call two days in a row so I'm not sure why nothing has been done on the ticket unless their 2nd level of support doesn't work the weekend. The person I talked to on Saturday said that once the other support manually added my settings they would give me an extension on my server if I asked. If I don't get a response by tomorrow I will likely just request a refund as well. I purchased a 90 day server because I though there was going to be better customization but if that isn't the case I can use our 3rd Xbox as a dedicated server at no extra charge. Let me know if you have any luck getting assistance. I will update once I have gotten an update on my ticket.
PS: One more thing. I paid for 10 slots but it will only allow 4 of us to join. So that is also a bit frustrating because the default setting is 4 and that is all it is allowing even though when I join the game it says /10 people.

I will have to see this week-/+, 14day EU law applies for me atleast via ms.Here is a way to make your settings stick and I have tested and my server name is not nitrado anymore, my inventory size is set a little bit more, and I was able to activate drops, drones, and wolves.
This was directly from their support. Please let me know if I can help anyone get their server set up the way they want and I would be more than happy to help.

Yeah I've borked my save by starting in survival, but switching to creative to paste in some blueprints, then switching it back to survival.
It works on a local save, so I expected it to just switch back like it would.
But nope, the world is all broken. My blueprint was there, so everything "worked"... But no AI at all (even with all the encounters/AI enabled), some players are seeing blocks placed while others are not, and other issues. I just went ahead and reinstalled the server. I'm basically just waiting around until they allow admin again, then I can start a survival world and enable creative for admin to get my blueprint pasted. Hopefully then the save will be fine.
Until then, you basically just get a generic world. The only thing that works (as far as experimental settings, etc on Xbox) is scripting, so at least there's that.

Zinapse Admin is coming again soon! This was their resonse about that.
Due to security concerns from microsoft we are not allowed to give acess to every log file of your server. Which is then resulting in the issue that you cant set yourself as an administrator. However, we are working on building a admin interface for the webinterface currently. This is called "player management" in your webinterface. Right now it only supports banning players, in the near future it will also be possible to give someone admin rights and ban players over that menu.
