Ark FTP issues

I am trying to get my save files back on filezilla but I need my FTP credentials which are supposed to be at the bottom of my dashboard for my server. My friend got them to show up for his server but I can't seem to get them for mine. Does anyone know if there is a button or setting I need to change?

FTP access is not available for consoles, only PC servers.

What if its a non dedicated pc server? Does that make a difference.

Again, consoles (Xbox, PS, Mobile) servers do not have FTP access.

PC Servers (not XBox,PS,Mobile) only have FTP access.

I am stating this as you are posting in the "XBox" forum currently.

If you are truly a PC server we can move this post to its correct location.

Its an xbox server its just when you go to play on it its under non dedicated pc servers.

That is because of CrossPlay that enables that. So being its a XBox server, no FTP access. This is how the Devs made it.
