when i add the Steam mod Id's to the mods folder or content folder they dont load into my dedicated server. i have to take my dedicated server and copy and paste it to single player then load the mods then copy and paste it back into my dedicated server.

Generally you do not have to do what you are.
Place MOD IDs in the mod id page of your web interface, click save then restart. It does the rest for you

I am not familiar how that game and mods work. The Wiki has nothing about Mods for that game either.
You may have to wait for someone else in the community to respond or you may contact Nitrado Support directly.

They should be able to advise if you just add the modID in the webUI.
With ARK you can only use ones approved by steam workshop. If you create your own of folks create them outside of the workshop, you cant use them.
