So I had an issue with my "restore backup" files a few days ago. It said that it would most likely fix on its own after a few minutes but it didn't. I looked up how to get them back and it told me to stop the server for 5 minutes and it should resolve the issue. Once I checked my backups were still not there and when I logged into my server all my buildings tames and items were wiped but not my characters levels. I'm not sure how to get them back because every instruction Nitrado suggests costs more money. If anyone know even a small part of what I should do please let me know.
